Ingredients for TOM JUD SARAI.
Mix ingredients from list 1, let them sit for 30 minutes, and roll the mixture into balls. Put the balls into the soup stock or water from list 2. Once the pork balls are cooked, add ingredients from list 3 and add fish sauce for flavor. Spread ingredients from list 4 over the soup.


Ingredient 1:
minced pork 150 g, sugar 1/4 teaspoon, fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon, soy bean sauce 1/2 teaspoon
Ingredient 2:
stock soup or water 2 measuring cup
Ingredient 3:
dried Pyropia 30 g, egg tofu 1 bar, celery 1 plant (small pieces), dry cabbage 1/2 teaspoon
Ingredient 4:
ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon, fried garlic 1 tablespoon, celery 2-3 pieces
